SUBSTANCE: industrial heat power, housing and communal services. Method for co-combustion of pulverized-coal and water-coal fuels includes starting the boiler by supplying highly reactive fuel to the furnace space, supplying pulverized-coal fuel with an oxidizer to the boiler furnace through the main burners located in the boiler furnace in three tiers in blocks, each of which consists of four direct-flow burners installed in corners of the furnace, and the rectangular channels of the burners are directed tangentially to an imaginary circle in the center of the section of the furnace by a horizontal plane, and the supply of water-coal fuel (WCF) to the furnace. Water-coal fuel is supplied by nozzle devices located in the third tier of the boiler furnace with a block of four devices installed in the corners of the furnace so that the rectangular channels of the devices are directed tangentially to an imaginary circle in the center of the furnace section by a horizontal plane, in the direction opposite to the direction of pulverized-coal flow from the main burners, and the supply of water-coal fuel is carried out at stable combustion of pulverized coal and the temperature of the gases in the furnace volume reaches at least 1000 °C.

EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of WCF combustion by ensuring the stability of combustion in the furnace, low underburning coefficient and controllability of the boiler performance, as well as to reduce the content of harmful emissions in the exhaust gases.
