FIELD: boiler units provided with dust systems.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method used for chamber furnaces of boiler units consists in delivery of primary dust-and-air mixture and secondary air through pulverized coal burners fitted on front wall of chamber furnace forming zone of flame at insufficient oxidizer, secondary fuel, preferably high-reactive fuel through burners mounted under pulverized coal burners on walls of chamber furnace perpendicularly relative to axis of introduction of main dust-and-air flow and air jets through secondary blast nozzles located above pulverized coal burners for after-burning of incomplete combustion products; excess air coefficient in area of pulverized coal burners is equal to 0.95-1.0; primary dust-and-air mixture is 80 to 85% by heat and flow of secondary fuel is 15 to 20% by heat; besides that, reducing zone is formed at deficiency of oxidizer at excess air coefficient equal to 0.86-0.93. Secondary fuel is delivered directly to area of sagging of flame through burners shifted towards rear wall of chamber furnace. Depth of sagging of flame is changed by action on position of swirler in flow of secondary air.
EFFECT: enhanced ecology due to reduced concentration of nitrogen oxides in combustion products.
