SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to treat fresh, chronic and dysplastic dislocations of the sternal end of the clavicle in adults and children. A through channel is drilled perpendicular to the clavicle axis at a distance of 1–1.5 cm from the sternal end of the clavicle and a through channel in the sternum handle at a distance of 1–1.5 cm from the articular surface of the sternum. As a graft, an autograft from the wide fascia of the thigh 10 cm long and 1 cm wide is used, which is folded in half along and along the entire length is reinforced with a nylon thread with a twisting seam, leaving the free ends of the thread for fixation. After the autograft is passed through the through channels crosswise, 2 Kirschner wires are passed through the sternal end of the clavicle to the sternum. The ends of the Kirschner wires are bent and bitten off.

EFFECT: method provides improved functional results due to reliable and stable fixation of the clavicular-sternum joint in its anatomical position and prevention of degenerative-dystrophic changes in the long-term period.
