FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics. Access to the articular surfaces of the clavicle and sternum is performed. An anchor system is fixed in the center of the articular surface of the sternum. Then in the clavicle through the center of its articular surface in the upward direction, laterally and anteriorly, a channel is formed transcortically. After that, threads fixed in the anchor system are passed through the formed channel. The threads are brought out to the anterior superior cortical plate of the clavicle and passed through the holes in the suture button. The dislocation is eliminated and, in the correction position, the clavicle is fixed with an interrupted suture through a suture button while the threads are tensioned. The wound is sutured.
EFFECT: method enables physiological stabilization of the sternoclavicular joint, maintaining the normal functioning of the upper shoulder girdle and mobility under dynamic loads, preventing the recurrence of instability while maintaining biomechanics.
