SUBSTANCE: intended for real-time monitoring of the quality parameters of the coolant used at oil and gas, oil refining, chemical and other industries. The system for monitoring the quality of the coolant consists of a pH sensor, a combined electrical conductivity and temperature sensor, a corrosion sensor, a density meter - mass meter, primary transducers of sensors, a protective housing of primary sensors and transducers, a cabinet of an automated process control system with software and a method for monitoring the quality of a coolant, where, at the first stage, the measured parameters of the solution are obtained and processed using the module of the received data from the sensors and recorded in the database, then the module for mathematical processing of the measured data is accessed with a request to calculate the readings of the amount of salt in the solution, the module for mathematical processing of the measured data extracts just received data from the sensors from the database, calculates and updates the information, at the second stage, the information is displayed and the system status is monitored using a parallel monitoring module and an information display module on the control panel. The information display module receives new processed data and displays the readings in a formatted form on the control panel in order to then react to the states and take the necessary measures, at the third stage, the system state reacts, or automatically monitors compliance with criteria that affect the development of the complex scenario. When a certain threshold of saturation of the solution with salts is reached, the system condition monitoring module automatically transmits a request to the cleaning control module.

EFFECT: complete automation of the process for determining the parameters of the analyzed medium and the control of actuators for monitoring the parameters of the coolant.
