SUBSTANCE: system comprises a central dispatcher station connected to territorially located zonal local dispatcher stations of various-purpose facilities connected to a power supply monitoring and control facility, with facilities for monitoring of water supply, sewage and heat supply equipment, with facilities of fire safety equipment monitoring, with facilities of communication and broadcasting and an information directory service, besides, in territorial zones there are additional facilities of monitoring and control of a system of cable manifolds, facilities for control of technical safety systems, a facility to control and monitor elevators, a facility to control and monitor the ventilation system, a facility to monitor condition of buildings and structures integrity connected with appropriate local dispatcher stations, information from which is collected at a recorder ADK-100.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of object resources use on the basis of accumulated data and increased convenience of usage due to provision of a centralised interface for installed systems.
