FIELD: electroerosive processing.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions is related to a device for electroerosive processing of gaps of a spatially complex shape in an elongated workpiece and a method for electroerosive processing of gaps of a spatially complex shape in an integrated rotor with shaft. The device contains a tank for dielectric liquid, a support frame (3) containing a base plate (31) and a processing head assembly equipped with an electrode, a rotating element (6) for clamping one of the ends (53, 54) of an elongated workpiece (5) to be processed and rotation around its main axis (R). The device contains at least one adjustable support (4) for placing an elongated workpiece (5) located on the base plate (31) and made with the possibility of supporting and rotating the elongated workpiece (5) immersed in a dielectric liquid, and also made variable in height with the possibility of adjusting the position of the elongated workpiece (5) relative to the first axis (Z) perpendicular to the base plate (31), and adjusting the direction of the longitudinal axis (R) of the elongated workpiece relative to the rotating element (6).
EFFECT: minimal runout during rotation to ensure accurate electroerosive processing while significantly saving dielectric fluid when using electroerosive processing with large workpieces.
