SUBSTANCE: invention discloses an infinitely variable traction counterbalance power generation mechanism and fitness equipment comprising such a mechanism, including a traction cable, a winding drum, a seat, a central shaft, a spring, a generator, and a regulator; one end of the traction cable is connected to the winding drum; part of the traction cable is wound on the outer peripheral wall of the winding drum; the winding drum is rotatably connected to the seat; the outer end of the spring is connected to the winding drum, and its inner end is connected to the seat; the central shaft is located with the possibility of rotation on the seat.
EFFECT: mechanism combines the traction process with the power generation process, and the regulator is used to adjust the deceleration of the rotation of the generator motor shaft to adjust the amount of traction implicitly.
