FIELD: gas turbines.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for restoring a working blade shelf or a gas turbine guide vane assembly for a power plant. The method includes the following steps: a) providing a gas turbine rotor blade or guide vane assembly for a power plant, wherein the rotor blade or guide vane comprises a shelf having a damaged edge area; b) removal of the damaged area by EDM technology; c) recovery of the remote area by means of additive technology; in which step b) is performed with the creation of a recessed plane along the edge of the shelf; moreover, the recessed plane is connected to the plane of the shelf through the input inclined plane and the output inclined plane, located oppositely along the edge of the shelf.

EFFECT: technical result consists in reducing the time and cost of repairs, which makes it possible to minimize the removal of material from the working blade or guide vane, and to reduce the effect of repair on the strength of the base material and components.
