FIELD: crown cap.
SUBSTANCE: present invention is related to a crown cap for bottles made from a metal plate, although it may be made from another material, which is designed to facilitate the opening of the bottle by removing the crown cap using the thumb holding the bottle. Crown cap is made of a plate having a circular main part, which, after its installation on the rim of the bottle neck, has folds along the perimeter, and a protruding part or lever extending from the circular main part and having a continuous notch or punching in the protruding part, which defines the valve. The valve surface has three sides, namely two sides and an upper side closer to the circular body, and the valve is connected to the upper, outer or front section by the lower side opposite the upper side of the valve. Moreover, the specified protruding part additionally has the first transverse fold line to define a folding lever with two sections, the first upper, outer or front section and the lower, inner or rear section located between the upper, outer or front section and the bottle. Moreover, the specified continuous incision is located on the upper outer or front section of the protruding part. At the same time, the upper side of the flap, closer to the circular main part, has at least one recess designed to accommodate at least one of the folds of the circular main part.
EFFECT: cap which is the object of the present invention has a more secure design, allowing the lid to be opened with only one hand without causing unwanted movements of the upper side of the valve when it rests on the rim of the lid, and at the same time, folding and rigidity of the various parts of the lid are achieved due to reinforcement of the top section of the projection on both sides of the valve.
