SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a cap for consuming a liquid from a container and having at least one hole for exit of liquid from container, and at least one hole for entrance of air into container, said air inlet incorporating a check valve allowing entrance of air but not exit of liquid, said valve being built into body of cap. Valve comprises a tubular body extending into a container, having two ends, wherein first end is located in hole for air inlet and its walls surrounding said opening, and second end opposite to first end has contact walls, which close tubular body in state of rest or upon application of external pressure to container, and when using or when creating low pressure inside container are disjoined, opening tubular body.

EFFECT: disclosed is a cap with a check valve for liquid consumption.
