FIELD: ceramic materials and mass compositions for the production of bricks.
SUBSTANCE: ceramic mass for the manufacture of ceramic bricks comprises low-melting clay, a copper-smelting waste – copper slag with a content of iron and copper oxides of at least 35.0%, additionally contains a screening of felsite with a particle size of 0.8 mm of at least 90% and ground granulated blast-furnace slag with a specific surface area of at least 280 m2/kg,and neogene clay as low-melting clay with a wt.% content: SiO2 - 65.51; Al2O3 - 13.99; TiO2 - 0.85, Fe2O3 - 4.84; CaO - 0.99; MgO - 1.58; SO3 - 0.15, Na2O - 0.71, K2O - 2.29, P2O5 - 0.1, MnO - 0.03 at the following ratios of components, wt.%: specified fusible neogenic clay 65-77, said cooper slag 3-5, said felsite screening 8-10, said ground granulated blast-furnace slag 12-20.
EFFECT: increasing the tensile strength in bending and reducing shrinkage.
