FIELD: ceramics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to manufacture of ceramic building materials, e.g. bricks, at maximum firing temperature up to 1000°C. Ceramic mixture is characterized by containing Cambrian clay (65-75%) and thinning agent (25-35%), namely sand or copper slag preliminarily exposed to accelerated electron beam at optimum absorbed dose value within a range of 50-150 kGr.
EFFECT: increased bend strength.
