FIELD: poultry farming.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to normalize the physiological state of the body of laying hens of Japanese quail birds when leaving a state of stress in a vivarium or industrial production. The way to reduce the level of stress in laying quails of Japanese quail is to include the probiotic preparation Vetom 1 based on transient bacteria into the diet of 45-day-old quails. The drug is administered at a dose of 50-75 mg/kg daily, 1 time per day for 30 days.
EFFECT: use of the invention will increase the anti-stress effect in Japanese quail layers.
