FIELD: poultry farming.

SUBSTANCE: following is proposed: a method of increasing the content of organic acids in quail eggs, according to which quails from 60 to 90 days of age are given “Abiopeptide” feed additive with drinking water at a dose of 2 ml/l of water daily for 30 days together with feeding with standard feed mixed with 55% water and oil emulsion of fish oil at the ratio of 750 ml of 55% water and oil emulsion of fish oil per 40 kg of feed.

EFFECT: method is the most effective for increasing the content of organic acids in quail eggs, as well as for increasing the egg production of quails.
