SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to new mixtures containing Paenibacillus bacterial strain metabolites and at least one chemical pesticide as active components, and to a method for controlling or suppressing plant pathogens or preventing plant pathogen infections by using such a mixture. The fungicidal mixture against Botrytis cinerea, Alternaria solani, Septoria tritici, Pyricularia oryzae and Leptosphaeria nodorum comprises as active ingredients at least one Paenibacillus strain metabolite selected from fusaricidins 1A and 1B, and at least one pesticide selected from respiration inhibitors, inhibitors of sterol biosynthesis, inhibitors of nucleic acid synthesis, inhibitors of cell division and cytoskeleton, inhibitors of amino acid and protein synthesis, inhibitors of lipid and membrane synthesis, inhibitors having multilateral action. To suppress pathogens or prevent infection by pathogens, the habitat of pathogens, or technical and non-living materials or plants to be protected, or soil or propagation material, is treated with an effective amount of the fungicidal mixture.

EFFECT: expansion of the fungicidal activity spectrum of the proposed mixtures with a synergistic effect.
