FIELD: cosmetology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the composition of a cosmetic product (pigment) intended for permanent makeup (tattoo) used in micropigmentation procedures. The method for manufacturing a pigment for cosmetic tattooing includes the following stages of phase-by-phase addition of ingredients: weighing pigments, the total mass of which is 12-25% of the total volume of the finished product, adding pigments to the dry composition sequentially in wt.%: 70% ethyl alcohol or pure isopropyl alcohol 30-40, pre-sterilized: propylene glycol or glycerine 15-25, distilled water 25-39, witch hazel or chamomile horophyte extract 0.1-0.5; final processing by mixing, homogenization, deaeration and disinfection using an ultrasonic apparatus at a mixture heating temperature of not more than 50°C; the resulting hot pigment is poured into a pre-sterilized container.

EFFECT: increase in the sterility of the product due to low-temperature manufacturing and combination of manufacturing processes, thereby reducing the production cycle and reducing the number of operations.
