FIELD: agricultural production.
SUBSTANCE: unit for removing surface moisture from seeds after soaking consists of a belt conveyor made of moisture-absorbing material and an auxiliary conveyor that provides contact between seeds and the surface and increases the efficiency of moisture removal. Moisture removal is carried out due to the movement of seeds between the main and auxiliary conveyor belts, whereas for better moisture removal the speed of the auxiliary conveyor belt exceeds the speed of the main conveyor belt.
EFFECT: increasing the area of contact of the seeds with the moisture-absorbing surface.
