FIELD: agriculture, in particular, pre-sowing seed treatment technique used in feed production.

SUBSTANCE: electric processing apparatus has working supersonic chamber communicating with hopper-dosing unit and filled with liquid solution, conveyor mounted within supersonic chamber and equipped with perforated scrapers, supersonic converters, water feeding pipe connected to supersonic converters for cooling the latter, and liquid solution pouring-draining device. Brush mechanism is positioned near supersonic chamber casing outlet end and adapted for removal of seeds adhered to scrapers. Supersonic chamber casing is fixed on frame, in lower part of which frame is positioned microwave chamber casing. Horns fixed in upper part of microwave chamber casing are connected with each other through rectangular microwave guide with matching device positioned in end part of guide. Wave guide is connected to power unit coupled to control box for microwave generator. Belt conveyor is mounted within microwave chamber. Hopper-accumulator equipped with slide gate is positioned in lower part of microwave chamber casing. Supersonic chamber is connected to microwave chamber through accumulation channel having rectangular section and consisting of two vertical perforated walls. Adjustable gate located in lower part of accumulation channel is designed for feeding of seeds into microwave chamber. Electric air heater is positioned at inner side of perforated wall.

EFFECT: improved quality of seeds.
