SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to determine the motion parameters of objects detected by a small radar station. In the claimed device, a set of Doppler filters, amplitude detectors and a Doppler frequency accuracy increase unit with the corresponding connections are additionally introduced, which, through joint processing of information, make it possible to increase the accuracy of determining the Doppler frequency by artificially narrowing the bandwidth of an individual filter in the set of Doppler filters, thereby increasing the accuracy of determination radial velocity of a moving object.

EFFECT: increased accuracy of measuring the radial velocity of the observed object.
