SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a wire clamp and a tool for cutting and separating wires, facilitating the process of attaching a wire clamp to a wire, and can be used for enterprises performing operations of attaching a wire clamp to a wire, cutting and separating wires. Increasing the convenience of attaching the wire clamp to the wire, as well as improving the reliability of attachment by preventing the possibility of accidental falling of the wire clip is the technical result of the invention, which is achieved due to the fact that the wire clip contains the first element having the first contact surface, made with the possibility of coming into contact with a wire, a second element having a second contact surface capable of coming into contact with the wire, a rotary element connected to the first element with the possibility of rotation around the first axis, and also connected with the second element with the possibility of rotation around the second axis, and the first engaging a part configured to engage with the wire clamp lifting tool, wherein the first engaging part is located below the first contact surface and the second contact surface, and the first engaging part is located in front of the first element.

EFFECT: increasing the convenience of attaching the wire clamp to the wire, as well as improving the reliability of attachment by preventing the possibility of accidental falling of the wire clip.
