SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a wire clamp and a tool for cutting and separating wires. The technical result consists in simplifying the attachment of the wire clamp to the wire. The technical result is achieved in that the wire clamp comprises a first element having a first contact surface configured to come into contact with the wire, a second element having a second contact surface configured to come into contact with the wire, a rotary element connected to the first element rotatable about the first axis, and connected to the second element with the ability of rotation around the second axis, and a guide element that guides the wire into the receiving space for the wire between the first contact surface and the second contact surface. The guide element comprises a covering part that covers at least a part of the side of the wire receiving space and a guide part that guides the wire into the wire receiving space. Wherein, when the wire exerts pressure on the guide portion, the closing portion moves away from the wire receiving space.

EFFECT: simplifying the attachment of the wire clamp to the wire.
