FIELD: autonomous water supply.
SUBSTANCE: autonomous water supply of objects with low water consumption. Invention is intended for use in technological schemes for the purification of groundwater from dissolved gases (radon, carbon dioxide, hydrogen sulphide) and dissolved forms of iron and manganese. The aerator contains a column with a conical bottom with a capacity of 300-400 l, a diameter of 500-600 mm and a tight-fitting lid. In the upper part of the cover along the central axis, an air and gas outlet pipeline is connected. Under the cover on the source water inlet pipeline to the column, equipped with a control valve, a flow divider is installed along the column axis, containing an inverted parabolic bowl and a sleeve with a calibrated hole. An overflow device is installed under the cover on the pipeline for discharging water into the sewer, including a funnel and a water seal. In the lower part of the column on the air supply pipeline, a device for bubbling water in the form of a disk aerator is installed. The pipeline for draining water with sediment, equipped with a shut-off valve, is connected along the longitudinal axis to the bottom of the column. Inside the column, a plastic pipe with a diameter of 110 mm is fixed and fixed vertically along the column wall. The upper opening of the pipe is closed with a plastic cover, and the lower opening of the pipe is open and located under the device for bubbling water. A submersible borehole centrifugal pump with a lower water intake is installed inside the plastic pipe. A hole with a diameter of 32 mm is made in the pipe cover, equal to the diameter of the outlet pipe of the centrifugal submersible pump. The outlet pipe of the pump is rigidly fixed in the cover. The outlet of the pump is connected to the aerated water outlet pipeline with a check valve, and the pump suction is located at the level of the lower open hole of the plastic pipe.
EFFECT: reduced noise level from the second lift pump during water intake.
