FIELD: water supply.
SUBSTANCE: method consists in filling a sealed water container with water from a well with simultaneous aeration for saturation thereof with oxygen and removal of chemical elements exhibiting no nutritional and operational and production value, supplying water to the consumer by means of creating air pressure in the surface space of the water container, as well as periodically returning the aerated water to the well for saturation of the water-bearing formation with oxygen. Water is pumped out into the transfer line using the pressure component from the height of the water column, variation whereof depending on the surrounding temperature optimises heat exchange with the contents of the underground tank implementing the boiler effect based on accumulation and transfer of heat energy of the earth to the contents of the water container filled by combining water and air supply through a water pumping column with additional constant pressurisation from a compressor driven by a wind turbine in a portion ratio providing a stable pressure in the transfer line regardless of the intensity of water consumption at each specific moment of time. The apparatus comprises a sealed container with a transfer line and a water discharge pipe communicating said container via a filtering element with the well, equipped with level sensors, shut-off and air valves and provided with an internal space divided into functional sections included in the production process by the automatic control system. The apparatus is equipped with an underground sealed tank communicating with the sealed water container, with a common bottom base therewith, wherein a water pumping column is installed along the central axis, connected to the lower part whereof are the water supply and air supply pipes. The upper part of the water pumping column does not have flush end to end contact with the roof sealing shield of the water container, equipped with an additional compressor driven by the wind turbine. Temperature sensors and a sensor of the air pressure in the surface space are located on the inner surface of the sealed water container.
EFFECT: stabilisation of the water supply process, improvement of reproducibility thereof during the period of negative surrounding temperatures, as well as increase in the indicators of manufacturability of the apparatus for storing and preparing water prior to supplying to the consumer, are provided.
