FIELD: medicine; biotechnology; cosmetology; pharmaceutical industry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the production of a therapeutic and prophylactic hydrogel material in the form of a liquid patch intended for closing and restoring various types of skin lesions. The hydrogel patch contains the following components, wt.%: chitosan hydrochloride with a molecular weight of 30–200 kDa — 0.4–2.6, glucomannan — 0.03–0.16, aminocaproic acid and/or sodium hydroxide — 0.02–2.6, silicon polyolate — 19.1–39.1, glycerin — 13.5–28.6, the rest is water. Also the methods of producing a hydrogel patch is disclosed.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides high gelation rate with simultaneous formation of a dimensionally stable protective film on the damaged area in contact with the wound surface when using the patch as a dermal and mucoadhesive agent.
