FIELD: medicine; biotechnology; cosmetology.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, biotechnology, cosmetology and pharmaceutical industry, namely to production of therapeutic and preventive hydrogel material in form of sol-gel plate and methods for its production. Therapeutic hydrophile plate having antioxidant, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and wound-healing action contains chitosan hydrochloride ascorbate and/or chitosan ascorbate, silicon polyolate, ascorbic acid, glycerol and water and biologically active substance from Aloe Vera, in the following ratio, wt. %: ascorbate hydrochloride, chitosan and/or ascorbate, chitosan 2.3–12.7, ascorbic acid 0.3–2.3, the biologically active substance from Aloe Vera 0.2–5.0, silicon polyolate 8.4–14.7 Glycerol 5.9–10.3, and water is the rest. There are two embodiments of the method of obtaining a plate - from Aloe Vera juice or from dry extract of Aloe Vera. In the first embodiment, the juice is introduced before adding the solution of silicon tetraglycerolate in glycerine into the mixture, and in the second embodiment, the dry extract of Aloe Vera is added to the mixture when chitosan and/or chitosan hydrochloride is dissolved in aqueous solution of ascorbic acid.

EFFECT: technical result is obtaining a hydrogel-sol-gel plate having the ability to bioresorption in physiological conditions with possibility of using the plate as a mucoadhesive material for closing wound surfaces, as well as for guided trans-buccal drug delivery.
