SUBSTANCE: invention is related to DC circuit breakers. The DC circuit breaker is comprised of the first housing and the second housing, wherein the first housing and the second housing jointly define the placement space, and a fixed contact assembly and a mechanism assembly are placed in the placement space, the mechanism assembly is configured to move between an "on" position and an "off" position. The mechanism assembly contains a central plate and a moving contact assembly. The centre plate is supported with the possibility of rotation, on both sides of the centre plate, by the first housing and the second housing, respectively. The movable contact assembly is mounted with the possibility of rotation on the central plate by means of a movable shaft placed on the central plate. The moving contact assembly is configured to rotate about the centre plate while the centre plate rotates about the first body and the second body. The elastic component of the mechanism assembly is configured to act between the moving contact assembly and the first housing.
