A method of producing a relaxing, sedative biologically active pharmacological composition is performed as follows: the following plant raw materials: common juniper cones Juniperus communis L, chamomile inflorescences Matricaria chamomilla, beet roots Beta vulgaris, hop cones Humulus lupulus L, inflorescences and leaves of meadowsweet Filipendula, roots pion evading Paeonia anomala, leaves of English oak Qvercus robur are taken in equal proportions by weight, 50 g each, and extracted with ethyl alcohol from potatoes, preheated to 60 degrees Celsius, with a volume of 3,500 ml, for 3 hours, the concentrate is drained in the amount of 3,000 ml and diluted with melt water to 55%.

EFFECT: above method allows to obtain a composition with pronounced relaxing, sedative properties.
