SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry and relates to a herbal phyto tea composition. Herbal phytotea herb composition includes peppermint, raspberry, currant, plantain, wild strawberry, sea-buckthorn, cherry, nettle, birch, St. John's wort herb, marjoram, sage, milfoil, elecampane, coltsfoot, balm, thyme, estragonum, linden flowers, marigold; raspberry, wild strawberry, apple, rosehips, Chinese magnolia vine fruits, chokeberry production; common roots and rootstocks of medicinal valerian and dandelion. Composition additionally contains: herb of Verbena officinalis, Inula britannica, Ziziphora, Hyssopus angustifolius, Nepeta, Filipendula vulgaris, Pentaphylloides fruticosa, Primula, Artemisia absinthium, Agrimonia eupatoria, Silybum marianum, Betonica officinalis leaves, Crataegus leaves, Ginkgo biloba leaves, Rubus caesius leaves, Chamerion angustifolium leaves, Schisandra chinensis leaves, Alchemilla vulgaris leaves, Mentha longifolia leaves, Vaccinium arctostaphylos leaves, Vaccinium myrtillus leaves, Rosa leaves; Betula buds, Pinus buds; Crataegus flowers, Hibiscus coccineus flowers, Taraxacum officinale flowers, Cladochaeta candidissima flowers, Verbascum flowers, Matricaria chamomilla flowers, Xeranthemum annuum flowers, Albizia julibrissin inflorescences, Trifolium pratense inflorescences, Tilia inflorescences; Cydonia oblonga fruits, Chaenomeles japonica fruits, Berberis vulgaris fruits, Crataegus fruits, Ziziphus jujube fruits, Hippophae rhamnoides fruits, Viburnum opulus fruits, Juniperus fruits, Sorbus aucuparia fruits, Vaccinium arctostaphylos fruits, Vaccinium myrtillus fruits, Pimpinella anisum seeds, Coriandrum sativum seeds, Daucus carota seeds, Foeniculum vulgare seeds, Valeriana officinalis rhizomes and roots, Glycyrrhiza glabra rhizomes and roots, with following ratio of initial components, wt. %: grass, leaves of the above plants – 70–90; kidneys, flowers, inflorescences of the above plants – 5–20; fruits, seeds, roots and rootstock of above mentioned plants – 5–10.
EFFECT: phyto-tea composition has higher biological and nutritive value, a harmonious taste and aroma.
