SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to treat borderline dermal skin burns. The method includes the application of an antimicrobial gel, as a vehicle of the active substance, a gel of natural rare cross-linked acrylic polymers is used, the active substance of which is represented by a complex of natural peptides FLIP7. The gel is applied to borderline dermal burns with a layer 1 mm thick every 5 days.

EFFECT: use of the invention allows to stimulate reparative regeneration in the wound, actively eliminate pathogenic microflora, stop edema, perifocal inflammation, bleeding, reduce the intensity of pain in the burn area due to easy application to the wound surface and prevention of dressing adhesion.
