SUBSTANCE: portable ultrasound imaging system for thumb-dominated operation, comprising the following: a portable ultrasound probe, the said portable ultrasound probe being operable with the user's first hand; a mobile device containing a mobile application installed on it, wherein the said mobile application contains a user interface, and the said mobile application is configured to work with the user's second hand; and direct electronic communication between the portable ultrasound probe and the mobile device, the direct electronic communication being configured to allow a user to control the operation of the portable ultrasound probe to provide imaging through its interaction with a user interface.
EFFECT: use of this group of inventions will allow to obtain images of the best quality.
