FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment, specifically to imaging means when administering therapy with the use of sonothrombolysis. Medical imaging system comprises a hands-free ultrasound probe configured to receive a signal and perform a low-power ultrasonic therapy, wherein the hand-free ultrasonic probe comprises an adhesive material adapted for detachable connection of the hands-free ultrasound probe to the surface, an image processing processor configured to receive a signal from the hands-free ultrasonic probe, a cardiac recognition processor configured to determine whether a hand-held ultrasound probe has a required cardiac view, at least in part based on data obtained from the image processing processor, a blocking detector processor configured to determine whether the object blocks the field of view of the hands-free ultrasonic probe based at least in part on the data received from the image processing processor, and a transmission controller configured to control the beam of the hands-free ultrasonic probe and to control the low-power ultrasonic therapy, wherein the heart recognition processor is further configured to issue instructions to the transmission controller for controlling the beam at least in part based on the determination that the hands-free ultrasound probe does not have the required cardiac view, and the lock detector processor is further configured to issue instructions to the transmission controller for controlling the beam at least in part based on determining that the object blocks the field of view of the non-manual ultrasonic probe. Method is implemented by means of system. Portable cardiac sonothrombolysis device (CS) comprises a medical imaging system in which an image processing processor, a cardiac recognition processor, blocking detector processor and transmission controller are located in a computer connected to a hands-free ultrasound probe.
EFFECT: use of the inventions enables the CS-therapy to be administered to a patient before and/or during transportation to a medical institution.
