FIELD: polyurethane compositions.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates can be used for the manufacture of various linings for mining and processing, mining equipment, in particular, for lining the internal surfaces of hydrocyclones, including for the manufacture of linings for the internal surfaces of hydrocyclone sand nozzles. Polyurethane composite material comprises 100-110 wt.% urethane prepolymer (with the content of isocyanate groups NCO=6.3), 0.001-0.0015 wt.% fullerene C60, 0.009-0.0147 wt.% pyridine, 0.7-1.2 wt.% fluorine-containing glycerol ether, 1.26-1.36 wt.% carbon disulfide, 1.0-10 wt.% fullerene soot, 135-140 wt.% ceramic filler and 19.1-19.3 wt.% hardener. The ceramic filler is at least one material selected from the group consisting of SiC, TiC, Si3N4.

EFFECT: resulting composite material has improved performance properties, including increased resistance to intense hydroabrasive wear and repeated shock cyclic loads, as well as increased physical and mechanical properties, namely tensile strength, tear strength and rebound elasticity.
