SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for installation on rigid crossbars of a contact network for illuminating the space between railway tracks. The claimed crossbar highly directional LED lamp comprises a rectangular housing made of heat-conducting material, inside which a printed circuit board with a single SMD LED and a reflector are installed on a flat heat-removing plate fixed on the side of the housing, and a reflector above it, the reflector surface being made in the form of an elliptical paraboloid formed by a number of parabolas , whose branches rest on the arc of the guiding ellipse, which serves as the base of the surface of the elliptic paraboloid, and the vertices of the parabolas lie on the arc of the ellipse constructed in a plane perpendicular to the plane of the guiding ellipse, so that the major semiaxis of the ellipse coincides with the major semiaxis of the guiding ellipse, and the centre of the ellipse does not coincide with the centre of the guiding ellipse. At the same time, the surface of the elliptical paraboloid is limited by the surface of a flat heat-removing plate and two planes drawn perpendicular to this surface through two straight lines described by equations of the form y=0.583x-34.8 and y=-3.83x+230.2, and a single SMD LED is placed at the focus of the guide ellipse. A frame with a protective glass is fixed on the front side of the housing, and an end cover is installed on the opposite side of the housing. The driver that powers the circuit board with a single SMD LED is located inside the housing.

EFFECT: formation of a narrow-degree light beam with a high value of axial luminous intensity.
