FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: machine for wide spreading of bulk and powdery materials comprises a hopper and auger spreader, including a rotary casing made in the form of a hollow cylinder with seeding windows, inside which augers with left and right windings, and intake parts are located. The hopper is made in the form of a semi-trailer with a retractable front side with different body capacity and without a rear side. At the same time, the auger spreader is removably installed in the rear part of the body and comprises a baffle that is retractable with the help of a hydraulic cylinder. Above the intake parts of the auger spreader, two agitators are installed one above the other in a vertical plane, driven by rotation from a hydraulic motor for loosening the packed loose and powdery materials entering the intake parts. The augers having left and right windings with a pitch decreasing from the beginning to the end of the auger have a rotation drive from hydraulic motors installed at the end of the auger with adjustable rotation speed to ensure the supply of materials along the entire length of the auger when setting different seeding rates of loose and powdery materials. At the end of the axis of the augers, next to the hydraulic motor, a disk with a weight is installed to create a high-frequency vibration of the auger, which eliminates the possibility of clogging oblong-shaped sowing windows, adjustable in width by means of a control mechanism installed on the auger casing to ensure uniform pouring of loose and powdery materials with a given seeding rate on the field surface across the entire width of the spreader. To control the vibration amplitude of the augers, the weight of each auger is configured for moving along the groove made on the disk.
EFFECT: improved quality and uniformity of the distribution of fertilizers, bulk and powdered materials in compliance with agrotechnical requirements, increased productivity, which ultimately will increase soil fertility and increase the yield of cultivated crops.
