SUBSTANCE: reproduction of human diseases in the experiment. Invention can be used to simulate disorders of the coagulation link of the hemostasis system under conditions of bacterial inflammation and pulmonary thrombosis. E. coli lipopolysaccharide is administered intratracheally at a dose of 0.5 mg/kg to male and female outbred rats. Then, an hour later, a 3% solution of thromboplastin is administered intravenously in a volume of 0.3 ml. On the 7th day after the administration of the medicinal products, blood is taken and the indicators of the activity of the coagulation link of hemostasis are analyzed.

EFFECT: invention provides a clinical picture of hemostasis system disorders in case of lung injury as a result of pulmonary vascular thrombosis against the background of bacterial inflammation.
