FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to reproduction of human diseases in experiment, and can be used for simulation of blood coagulation system disorders with cytostatic action background. Cisplatin is introduced intraperitoneally once into mice at 10 mg/kg, rats 4 mg/kg, on 10th day after cisplatin administration, blood is taken and the coagulation hemostasis link activity is analyzed.
EFFECT: method provides a clinical picture of a thrombosis when reproducing disorders of the hemostasis system due to the use of anticancer preparations by administering cisplatin.
