SUBSTANCE: optical device suitable for transmitting/reflecting electromagnetic radiation in the wavelength range of the electromagnetic spectrum comprises at least one substrate made of the first material, one coating layer made of the second material that differs from the first material, a surface texture forming cavities in device, and a bottom layer located immediately below the first coating layer, which is either a second coating layer made of a material different from the first material, or a substrate, and having a predetermined thickness. The cavities extend through the first coating layer and are immersed in the lower layer, passing through at least part of the thickness. The device contains at least one back layer made of a material that differs from the substrate material and from the coating material, and the coating is made on the first side of the substrate, while the back layer is made on the second side of the substrate opposite the first side.

EFFECT: improved transmission in a larger range of wavelengths.
