FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: method to manufacture a thin-film high-temperature superconductive material includes the following stages: (a) application of a buffer layer onto a substrate, and the layer contains serially arranged biaxially textured layers of magnesium oxide, strontium bifluoride with thickness not exceeding 40 nm and cerium oxide or ittrium oxide, (b) application of the high-temperature superconductive layer onto the buffer layer.

EFFECT: production of a high-temperature superconductive heterostructure with an improved biaxial texture of all layers, including buffer layers and a layer of a superconductor, such heterostructure has a maximum simple architecture of buffer layers, and deposition of each subsequent layer does not result in increased roughness of film surface.
