FIELD: measurements.

SUBSTANCE: device for measuring detonation velocity and the difference in timing of operation of the detonation transmission device contains detonation detection receivers of the input and at least one final signal, the operating range of which lies in the wavelength region corresponding to the visible part of the electromagnetic spectrum (light). The device also contains a chronograph connected to the receivers, detonation transmission device attachment means and an initiating device. The detonation transmission device is made in the form of a detonation wiring with one input and several output detonating cords attached to it, the free ends of which are fastened to the detonation rods, which are equipped with the means of fastening the detonation transmission devices. Light guides are used as detonation registration receivers, each having one end facing the chronograph, and the other - facing the means of fastening the ends of the detonating cords. The light guides are installed with an air gap relative to the means of fastening the ends of the detonating cords.

EFFECT: ability to measure the time difference of detonation actuation of the detonation transmission device while increasing the accuracy of detonation velocity measurement.
