DETONATION WAVE IN THE EXPLOSION SUBSTANCE CHARGE FORMING DEVICE Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC F42B3/10

Abstract RU 2650003 C1

FIELD: blasting operations.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of blasting operations, in particular, to detonation wave forming devices in explosive substances (ES) charges with internal initiation, and can be used, for example, in shooting-blasting equipment, in warheads, in the design of double-acting charges, etc. Device includes an explosive initiating charge disposed within the charge to be blasted, and an initiation source detonation-connected to the initiating charge, the latter being configured in the form of arranged in an inert matrix wiring, consisting of detonation channels running along the of the matrix surface and perpendicular to them end portions. Matrix is made of two layers, with the placement of wiring detonation channels only in one layer of the matrix, and the end sections are in both layers. Thickness of the layer with detonation channels is greater than the thickness of the other layer by the thickness of these detonation channels. End sections of different layers are connected in pairs, coaxial and adjacent to the surface of the blasted charge.

EFFECT: technical result of the claimed invention is an increase in the efficiency of the device with a reduction in the amount of ES used by aligning of the formed detonation front.
