SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to obtain platelet-rich plasma to treat various pathologies of bone and cartilage tissue. The method is carried out by double centrifugation at a centrifugal acceleration of 300 g for the first time and 700 g for the second time. The first centrifugation is carried out for 10 minutes until the leukocytes are pressed against the erythrocytes at the bottom of the tube, the second is carried out for 10 minutes until a platelet concentrate is obtained at the bottom of the tube.

EFFECT: method allows to obtain a larger amount of plasma by volume due to a longer centrifugation time, while the number of leukocytes in the final product decreases due to their tighter pressing to the erythrocyte fraction at the time of primary centrifugation.
