SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, specifically to urology. Perform a longitudinal dissection of the stenotic part of the anterior urethra with the extension of the incision to healthy tissues not less than 0.5 cm in each direction and replacement of the formed urethral defect with a patch formed from a mucosal autograft of the cheek. At the same time, a platelet-enriched autograft is introduced into the patch formed from the autologous mucosa of the cheek mucosa and into the recipient bed at a rate of 0.5 ml per 1.0 cm of the length of the recipient bed.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to improve the vascularization of the transplanted autograft.
