FIELD: testing equipment.
SUBSTANCE: testing stand for the device for monitoring and recording fuel consumption on a vehicle with a diesel engine contains a power supply unit, a computer unit in which a bench program is installed for testing the communication channels of the data acquisition unit, a diesel fuel pressure simulator, including a pressure setting press and a digital pressure gauge to control the pressure setting. The diesel fuel pressure simulator is connected to the diesel fuel quantity sensors of the tested device via branched flexible piping with flanges and power clamps to create a normalized effect on the sensitive elements of these sensors in order to check their operability, as well as to simultaneously check operability of the communication channels of the data collection unit with diesel fuel quantity sensors of the tested device, while in addition to the computer unit of the stand, an interface signal conversion unit is connected.
EFFECT: simultaneous check of operability of the diesel fuel quantity sensors and the communication channels between these sensors and the data collection unit included in the tested device, without using containers with diesel fuel, which reduces the overall dimensions of the stand and ensure fire safety during work.
