SUBSTANCE: invention relates to engine construction, in particular to devices for bench testing of internal combustion engines of vehicles with forced ignition, with liquid and gaseous fuel. Essence: the system contains a test engine, an electronic control unit for the test engine, an analog-to-digital converter, a personal computer with a monitor, a unit for setting the operating modes of the engine layout, an ignition key simulator, a generator-simulator of sensor signals installed on the test engine, a model of an electronic control unit for the engine layout with a communication interface and a personal computer control unit. The engine under test is equipped with a crankshaft speed sensor, a camshaft speed sensor, a gas pressure sensor in the engine cylinder, a knock sensor, a crankshaft angle sensor, a mass air flow sensor and a gas analyzer for harmful emissions of combustion products, an oxygen concentration sensor and a throttle position sensor, a fuel quality control sensor and a fuel temperature sensor, a motor oil quality control sensor and a motor oil temperature sensor, the exhaust gas temperature sensor before the catalyst and the exhaust gas temperature sensor after the catalyst, the loading device and the unit for evaluating the performance of the tested engine.

EFFECT: increased information content of the test results of environmental parameters of vehicles.
