WELDING MACHINE Russian patent published in 2023 - IPC B23K9/95 B23K9/10

Abstract RU 2801384 C1

FIELD: welding equipment.

SUBSTANCE: welding machine contains a magnetic starter, a bridge rectifier connected to the mains through the contacts of the magnetic starter and ballast non-polar capacitors, a series-connected storage capacitor and a key regulating transistor of a switching voltage stabilizer are connected to the output of the bridge rectifier, the first output terminal of the device is connected to the positive terminal of the storage capacitor, its second output terminal is connected through a smoothing choke to the negative terminal of the storage capacitor, an output of the switching voltage regulator control device is connected to the control input of the key control transistor, the switching voltage regulator control device consisting of a pulse-width modulator, an operational amplifier and a comparison unit. Ultra-high electrical energy capacitors are used as a storage capacitor and non-polar ballast capacitors.

EFFECT: reduced dimensions and weight of the apparatus, as well as increased efficiency.
