FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical engineering, in particular, converter technology, and can be used in the design of secondary power sources for various purposes. The expected result is achieved due to the presence in the voltage converter of N cells connected in parallel at the input and output and connected to the output capacitor and the total load connected in parallel via p multi-winding throttles, and a control device that provides pulse-width stabilization of the output voltage. The number of cells is a multiple of two or three, the cells are divided into n groups of m cells in each group, at m =2, one group includes two cells whose currents are shifted in phase relative to each other by 180°, and at m=3, three cells whose currents are shifted by 120°. The number of throttles varies from 1 to n, each of them has k windings. The number of cells, chokes and windings are related by the ratio N = pk. The output of each cell is connected to the beginning of the corresponding throttle winding, and the ends of all the throttle windings are connected to the load.
EFFECT: reducing the volume and mass of the throttles of a multi-cycle voltage converter containing several cells connected to a common load, due to the fact that the cells are divided into a number of groups and connected to throttles with several separate windings.
