FIELD: data security.

SUBSTANCE: method for conducting a financial transaction using a one-time two-dimensional barcode in the absence of a communication channel between a user's device and Faster Payment System (FPS). The method generates an electronic payment facility (EPF) on the server and transmits the generated EPF to the user's device, which generates a public key-private key pair for the EPF and binds the EPF number to the user's device; to conduct a financial transaction in the absence of a communication channel between the user device and the FPS on the FPS side, initiate a financial transaction using a one-time two-dimensional barcode, while activating its scanning mode; select an EPF for writing off/replenishing funds for the specified transaction on the user's device; generating a label on the user's device; moreover, the EDS labels are generated using the private key of the selected EPF based on the values of the label fields; generating a one-time two-dimensional barcode on the user's device, which is then scanned using the recipient's device and sent to the FPS processing to authorize the withdrawal/replenishment of funds for the specified transaction; in case of successful verification of the EDS, the tags on the server use the public key of the selected EPF to debit/replenish funds for the specified transaction.
