FIELD: aircraft engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device for controlling the thrust of an aircraft propulsion engine consists of manual and automatic control channels and a loading mechanism, while the automatic channel is made on the basis of an electromechanical drive, consisting of an electric motor and a multi-stage mechanical transmission, the output stage of which is a wave transmission with intermediate rolling elements with an output separator, and the loading mechanism consists of a taper washer with a loading lever, placed so that the axes of the disk wave former and the control handle are coaxial with the axis of rotation of the taper washer mounted on angular contact bearings, and the side surfaces of the taper washer interact on one side with the end surface of the lever engine control through the balls and a package of disk springs of the arresting mechanism installed between them, and on the opposite side - with a friction disk pressed against the taper washer by elastic elements. The disk wave former is kinematically connected to the motor shaft by means of a spur gear, and the engine control lever and the loading lever are kinematically connected to cam microswitches and angular position sensors by means of slotted backlash-removing gear wheels.
EFFECT: simplification of the design, reduction of weight and size parameters, as well as increased reliability.
