SUBSTANCE: multi-level air duct system contains an air intake located in the upper part of the greenhouse, made in the form of a perforated air duct located along the entire length of the greenhouse, equipped with air distribution units located on its opposite sides connected to the above-ground air ducts connected to the perforated soil air ducts with outlet nozzles. Exhaust fans equipped with devices for forming horizontal fan jets are installed at the outlet pipes of the soil air ducts. Shutters are installed in front of the fans. The soil air ducts together form an underground air duct system, which contains two underground parts, the first consisting of one level that is closest to the ground surface with one or more soil air ducts on it, and the second part of the underground system consisting of one or more deeper additional levels of soil air ducts, each having one or more air ducts. The outlet pipes of the soil air ducts are located at the edges of the greenhouse. The underground air duct system is designed to cool the greenhouse air in two alternately switchable modes depending on the air temperature in the greenhouse.
EFFECT: creation of favourable conditions for crop production with minimal or no ventilation in the greenhouse.
